Tasty Cheese (March 21)

Shopping here has been a big adjustment. There are very few things that have the same name and look the same. Some examples are Rice Krispies are called Rice Bubbles, red peppers are called capsicum, corn chips can never be found in the chips section, smiths chips are basically Lays chips, etc.
One thing that you would not expect to be that different is cheese, well it is. There pretty much are only two types of cheese here there is Kraft singles (regular or light) and then Tasty cheese. Tasty cheese comes in pre-slices, blocks, cubes, etc. But yes if you are looking for cheese that is pretty much your options. When I fist started shopping I was getting the Kraft singles because I thought the 'tasty' cheese would be even worse then Kraft but in fact its not. Tasty is the real cheese and Kraft is the fake one. Tasty cheese is pretty much cheddar cheese, but it is also made by Kraft. All of the cheese here are white and it's hard to find a mexican blend for tacos or other varieties of cheese flavors. I never realized how much I liked and ate cheese until I couldn't find any of the cheeses here.
