Night in North Sydney (March 16)

Tonight Natasha and I decided to have a nice dinner down in North Sydney. North Sydney about 3 kilometers north of CBD (which stands for Central Business District which basically is downtown Sydney). North Sydney is the administrative center for the local government area of North Sydney Council. We didn't want to make the long trip into the city and North Sydney is about half way so it was perfect. We had looked up best restaurants to go to in North Sydney and found a few that were all close to each other and wanted to decide which one to go to once we got down there. After checking out a fews places we ended up at the Watergrill Restaurant at the Kirribilli Club. This place is located within the Sydney Rowing Club. There is both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the gorgeous Parramatta River. Unlike at home, even though it was a nice restaurant with wait staff you had to go up to the register and order your food, then go over to the bar to get your water and drinks. It was strange but it is just how most restaurants work here. We were lucky to catch a beautiful lightning storm just to the right of the Sydney Harbor Bridge all throughout dinner. It was mesmerizing, I could have sat and watched it all night long. I felt like I was in a movie or something. Our table was outside with a beautiful view of the lit up Harbor Bridge and the city building. I will never get sick of that view. My meal as amazingly rich in flavor and so filling. I have left overs and am so happy about that because it was such a delicious meal. Every plate I saw come out and be served looked to die for. Even though it was a pricey dinner it was well worth the money. I had a great night out in North Sydney and definitely want to go back down there with a group of people and try and go to this restaurant called the Tree House.

An attempted picture of the view we had.

My amazingly delicious garlic bread

The overly rich pumpkin gnocchi with pine nuts spinach and a cream sauce

Some kind of berry vodka sparkling wine drink, it was very strong but different from anything I have had
