Early Morning (March 1)

Today was a very early morning. I had my 8am, which was my Organizational Behavior class. My teacher basically told us the lecture was mandatory by saying he takes attendance and he says things in lectures that he doesn't put online. Thursdays are going to be rough these next few weeks, but thats ok because I have a 5 day weekend!! After class I needed to kill some time so I went to the hub and I got to skype my grandma Henry! It was so nice to talk with her and get to see her. My next class wasn't till 2 so I decided to go to a Relaxation Yoga at 12. This was very interesting not only because of what we did in the class but also because of the instructor. I think he might be a transvestite but not to sure. He came in wearing a cross body purse, a skirt, tight top, had pink glasses and had kind of a bob cut with bangs. He also had a very interesting accent. He said all his 's' as 'z'. I went home and made a quick lunch after the classes then headed back to campus for my second class of the day. It was practical ethics again. Since its only a one hour lecture I have it twice a week. This class went by really fast which was nice. I went and worked out after class then headed to the shopping centre to finally make an investment in an umbrella! I got an umbrella, post-its, a stapler, and little disposable shot glasses. I was very happy with my purchases.

On my way home not even 10 minutes into owning the umbrella it broke :( So much for making an investment in an umbrella. I was not happy about that at all.

Thursday nights here everyone goes to this place on campus called Ubar. For the first week of school they were giving away one free drink if you brought the coupon. I got ready to go out then everyone headed to our apartment to pregame. We had to head over pretty early because if you got there after 10 they were going to charge us $10.

Flatmates!!

It was still raining so we all trekked over to campus in the rain and had to wait in a huge line to get in. Once we got inside it was like a sonna. There were so many people there, but it was a lot of fun. We stayed a long time then headed back. We went over to Tyler and Tim's apartment who had gotten home a little bit before us. We were in the kitchen talking when I put my had on the stove and burned my fingers really badly. Right away I stuck my hand in the freezer and kept ice on it. I did not know that they had just cooked on there stove and these stoves are impossible to tell if they are hot or not so I learned my lesson of just stay away from the stove because you never know if it is hot or not the hard way.

I went home with a bag of ice on my hand and fell asleep with the ice.
