Queenstown Day 3 (April 28)

Another day to sleep in! It's so nice to stay in the same place for more than one night. We woke up to a beautiful day and went to the famous Fergburger. The burgers were massive but so delicious and filling. Definitely worth the 14 dollars.

Num, num, num : )

They were massive burgers

Next we headed up the gondola to get a spectacular view of Queenstown and go lugging. We couldn't have picked a better day to go up to the top of the mountain. The weather was gorgeous and the view was super clear. We had 6 luge rides that were so fun. The first run we just got the hang of it and all the other rides we raced down the track. Lots of laughs once the races started. So glad we went up.

We went back to the hostel for a while to chill and have dinner. After dinner we gave in and went to this place called "Cookie Time" and got 2 freshly baked cookies for $3.

It was a bitter sweet night. We went out but it was my last night with everyone. So weird to go from being with these people for 18 days 24 hours a day now to maybe not ever seeing them again. We ended up going to a few bars one of which was called Cowboys. This bar had a mechanical bull which we rode. We also were at another bar that had a very intense karaoke contest going on. It was a great last night out.
