Crepes! (May 22)

Tonight Suzy made her homemade French crepe recipe (with a secret ingredient of beer). She made a ton of crepes and we had them for dinner and then desert. They were delicious. She had a few of her friends over to enjoy the crepes with us. I made a mexican one with mince meat, corn, beans, zucchini, carrots, onions, and cheese. Suzy also made me a crepe version of a toast hole. It was so good, one of my favorites. For the desert ones we put nutella and different fruits. Even though I had an essay due that Thursday I used this as a 'study break' It was well worth it : )
