Frikadeller, kartofler og sauce (May 15)
Magnus and Sam, two Danish guys, Tyler and Tim met while in Cairns came to stay with them for the week. As a special treat they cooked us a Danish meal, Frikadeller, kartofler og sauce. It was basically pork meatballs (a special recipe), potato wedges, and a pasta salad with pasta lettuce peppers cucumber and carrots, bread, and sauces. It was delicious!
