Tonight Natasha, Rachel, Rose, Dean, Jeremy, Lewis, and I went into the city to walk around the Vivid Festival since we didn't get to see the whole thing the night of Breezy birthday celebration.
The Vivid Sydney festival is when they transform Sydney into a spectacular canvas of light, music, and ideas when Vivid Sydney takes over the city after dark. Coloring the city with creativity and inspiration, the festival highlights the hugely popular immersive light installations and projections; performances from local and international musicians at Vivid Live at the Opera House. It is a major celebration of the creative industries and the biggest festival of its kind. This is the fourth year the festival has been put on, it is ranked in the Top Ten global ideas festivals.
It was amazing to see all the different displays throughout the downtown. After a few hours of walking around we went to Pancakes on the Rocks for dinner and then walked around some more before we headed back home. It was such a fun night, even though it was raining off and on throughout the night.
